Currently, Shenzhen is mobilizing citywide efforts to rapidly build itself into a pioneering city for artificial intelligence. The release of the “Action Plan for Accelerating the Development of Shenzhen as a Pioneer City in Artificial Intelligence” sets forth key objectives such as building full-stack innovation, smart product leadership, cross-border data excellence, scenario-driven applications, and intelligent driving leadership. Since 2023, Shenzhen has issued four batches of “City + AI” scenario application lists, with “Urban Management + AI” being one of the core focuses.

The Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement is actively advancing the “Urban Management + AI” initiative. It aims to leverage “tripartite collaboration”—led by the industrial sector, supported by industry-specific departments, and rapidly implemented by local governments. The initiative began with pilot programs in the sanitation sector, facilitating integration between traditional sanitation companies and AI tech firms.

On January 8, the launch ceremony for the sub-district-level “All-Area, All-Time, All-Scenario AI Sanitation Project” and the Pingshan session of the “Urban Management + AI” scenario application was held at Shenzhen Technology University. The event was co-organized by the Shenzhen Municipal Urban Management Bureau, Pingshan District Government, Shenzhen Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Shenzhen SME Service Bureau, and Shenzhen Technology University. The initiative introduces advanced sanitation equipment and intelligent management systems to enhance urban management efficiency and achieve refined operations.

As a leader in the smart outdoor cleaning industry, JT-Innovation was invited to attend the event. JT-Innovation’s outdoor unmanned smart cleaning solution deeply integrates AI and autonomous driving technology. Smart cloud control boosts management efficiency! With 4G/5G wireless communication and remote takeover modules, combined with a dedicated mobile app and cloud platform, the system enables both individual and fleet-level control. Remote monitoring, multi-unit deployment, operation reports, and visualized operational cost optimization make management easier and more efficient.

As early as October 2024, JT-Innovation was invited to participate in Longgang District’s “Urban Management + AI” scenario application event. In December 2023, JT-Innovation also took part in the “Government Open Day” organized by the Luohu District Urban Management Bureau of Shenzhen. To accelerate full-scenario AI application in urban appearance and sanitation, JT-Innovation deployed AI sanitation clusters in Lotus Hill Park, Civic Center, and various sub-districts of Luohu, building a model showcasing multi-scenario, multi-model, full-coverage operations across the Greater Bay Area.

In 2024, JT-Innovation made remarkable progress in the municipal sanitation market, achieving large-scale deployment across dozens of streets in Shenzhen. These include Hangcheng Street in Bao’an, Cuizhu Street in Luohu, Dongmen Street in Luohu, Matian Street and Guangming Street in Guangming District, and Liantang Street in Luohu.

JT-Innovation’s unmanned smart cleaning solution has already been deployed at scale across core scenarios such as municipal streets, parks, industrial zones, factories, schools, and residential communities nationwide. Its products have landed in over 30 cities and its services now cover 80% of provinces across China. In Shenzhen alone, JT-Innovation has achieved over 40 deployments in prominent locations such as Futian Civic Center, Hangcheng Street in Bao’an, Zhongshan Park, and Qianhai Dream Factory in Nanshan. These achievements reflect JT-Innovation’s expanding footprint in the smart cleaning sector and the growing recognition of its technology and service excellence.

On the afternoon of January 9, the 2024 Shenzhen Robotics Annual Awards Ceremony was held. JT-Innovation made a strong impression and received the “Annual Application Case Award” for its outdoor unmanned smart cleaning solution. This prestigious recognition affirms JT-Innovation’s outstanding industry performance and highlights its excellence in technological innovation and smart city solutions.
