The Seller is responsible for providing parts and components within the scope of warranty.
The Seller is responsible for the remote upgrade of the sweeper software system, which requires the cooperation of Buyer’s personnel.
The Seller is responsible for ensuring the stability of sweeper operation. In the event of a failure, the Seller will respond within 24 hours after receiving the failure notification. The response methods include telephone, SMS, email, and instant messaging tools such as WeChat.
The Seller needs to provide a solution within 72 hours after receiving the notification of the failure, and the Buyer is responsible for assisting the operation to ensure that the sweeper resumes operation.
The Seller will provide the Buyer online training for the operation and maintenance of sweeper. The Buyer must arrange at least one trainee in advance to receive training.
The buyer will get the following platform authority from the seller.
Set daily task, edit working area, check the working status of the sweeper, site adaptation etc.
The Buyer shall use, maintain the sweeper in strict accordance with the provisions of the sweeper instruction manual. During the warranty period, the Seller shall be responsible for the corresponding after-sales if the quality defect or damage caused by the design, manufacture, assembly and raw material defects of the sweeper sold by the Seller.
In addition to the maintenance items listed in the instruction manual, the buyer should repair the damage caused by himself.
Damage caused by the installation of parts not approved by the seller or modification not approved by the seller.
The failure and damage caused by operations by personnel which is not included in the training and not certified by the Seller.
Failure and damage that caused by the operations out of the regular maintenance specified in the instruction manual.
Damage caused by improper operation in violation of the instruction manual or use exceeding the tolerance of the specification.
Damage caused by force majeure.
Other damages not caused by the quality of the sweeper itself.
During the warranty period, the warranty period of the consumable parts and parts other than the external parts installed by the Buyer is the remainder of the sweeper warranty period, which ends with the end of the sweeper warranty period.
If the consumable parts and external parts that are out of the warranty period or damaged, the Buyer buy new parts,the warranty period of the new parts is 6 months from the date of purchase from the Seller.
The consumable parts of the sweeper are not included in the sweeper warranty. The parts list please check the following.
If the consumable parts and external parts of the sweeper are damaged, which affects the normal operation, the Buyer must purchase from the Seller, and the Seller will remotely guide the Buyer to install and replace. If it is necessary for the Seller to provide installation and replacement services, the Buyer shall bear the travel expenses and other expenses incurred by the Seller.
If the Buyer purchases consumable parts and external parts from a third party without the Seller’s prior written consent, the Seller has the right to refuse to provide any subsequent maintenance services, and Seller will not be in charge for any quality problems.
